Extract Healthcare VC Data
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a precise data pull from PitchBook that maps the global landscape of venture capital managers investing in healthcare—life sciences, digital health, medtech, diagnostics, biotech, precision medicine and adjacent fields.
Scope
• Run a PitchBook screen using four filters: geographic regions, fund size, investment stages, and vintage.
• Geography is fixed to North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Capture only funds smaller than USD 100 million; I will confirm the stage and vintage thresholds once we connect.
Deliverable
Provide an Excel workbook with three tabs:
1. Funds – one row per qualifying VC fund with the full PitchBook export fields plus the filters you applied.
2. Portfolio Companies – every company linked to those funds, including description, sector tags and the live PitchBook URL.
3. Screened Out – funds you reviewed but excluded, noting why (e.g., outside healthcare scope, over size limit).
No analysis is required—this is a clean data extraction task. Please ensure the sheet is de-duplicated, consistently formatted and ready for my own downstream work. A brief sample of five funds will serve as acceptance criteria before you complete the full pull.
You will need active PitchBook access and familiarity with exporting large datasets to Excel without formatting drift. Accuracy trumps speed, so double-check names, tags and links before delivery.
