Extract Financial PDFs to Database

I have a collection of financial records stored as PDF documents. I need every relevant figure, date, and descriptive field accurately extracted from those PDFs and entered into my central database. The job is straightforward in scope but demands absolute precision because these are official financial files.

You will be working solely with PDFs—no spreadsheets or paper scans are involved—so familiarity with reliable PDF-to-data tools (Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or your preferred parsing software) is essential. Once you have captured the numbers and text, please input everything directly into the database structure I will share at the start of the project. If you prefer to stage the data in a CSV first, that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be live in the database with the agreed field mapping intact.

I value clean, verifiable data. Any figure that looks unclear in the source document should be flagged rather than guessed. When you finish, I’ll run a spot-check against the original PDFs; entries must match 100 % for the task to be considered complete.
