Export Facebook Messenger Chat

I need help exporting my entire Messenger chat history with one person I’ve known since 2012.
I tried:
Exporting from the Messenger app → only got 11 days.
Exporting 1 year from Facebook → got nothing from that person.
Requested “All Time” export now, still waiting.
Some messages are normal, some are secret/encrypted. I need everything, from start to end, exported in HTML or JSON — any of those are fine.
You don’t need to organize anything. Just help me get all the messages, including encrypted if possible.
This is for a legal case, so it's important. Willing to pay for someone who knows how to do it and knows how to get around all the weird facebook problems where it skips days/years.
