Executive Data Extraction

I have approximately 7,000 company annual reports that need to be reviewed individually. From each report, I need to record every board member, along with the exact title shown in the document and the accompanying biography paragraph (or sentence) that appears beside the name.

The task is strictly manual: most reports are in PDF or web-based formats, and their layouts vary, so simple scraping tools will miss too much context. Accuracy and consistency across all companies matter; spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source.

Please place the results in a single Excel workbook. Each row should represent one individual and include:

• Company name
• Fiscal year of the report
• Person’s full name
• Title as printed
• Full biography text

Acceptance criteria: every report processed, columns fully populated, and spot-checks against the original documents show 100 % accuracy.

If you have experience mining information from large volumes of PDFs or HTML annual reports and are comfortable producing clean, well-structured spreadsheets, this project should fit you well.
