Excel Case Data Extraction

I have an Excel workbook that contains court-case records in the format you see below. My immediate goal is to pull every record where the PLA field equals “ODK CAPITAL LLC” and pair each of those rows with the corresponding DEF entry that shares the same case number.

What I need from you
• An extracted, de-duplicated list delivered back to me in a clean Excel file.
• Standard headers on every column so the data is immediately readable.
• Light formatting—nothing fancy, just enough that the key fields stand out for quick review.

The scope is limited to this targeted pull and basic formatting, but I anticipate similar spreadsheets in the near future, so a solid, repeatable solution may turn into ongoing work. A simple VBA macro, Power Query routine, or any robust Excel technique is welcome as long as the final workbook is ready to open and review without extra steps.
