Email Data Extraction to CSV
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have about 3,400 incoming messages that all share the same layout. From each email I need the first name, last name, and email address pulled out and assembled into a comma-delimited CSV that I can upload straight into HubSpot without further cleanup.
Because the template is consistent, a well-written script, regex routine, or an email parsing tool should make the job straightforward; what matters most to me is 100 % accuracy and that the CSV columns are in the exact order HubSpot expects: First Name, Last Name, Email.
Deliverables:
• One clean, comma-separated .csv containing every record (≈3,400 rows)
• A quick note on the method used - if you automate with Python, Power Automate, or another tool, just outline the steps so I can reproduce the process later if needed.
