EHR Data Extraction and Transfer

As the medical facility we are using an in-office, non-shared Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. We need an expert proficient in automated extraction techniques to:
• Extract patients' demographic data and specific dental implant information.
Looking to embed software/api into the dental implant database that individual doctors offices can use to extract patient name, dob and their dental implant information and transfer that information into the database
Skills and Experience Required:
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Advanced data extraction skill
• Experience working with an in-office EHR system
• Proficiency in automation systems
