I have a single UK-based business directory that I need completely mined for every telephone number it contains. The task is straightforward: crawl each listing on the site, capture the phone numbers, and hand them back to me as a clean Excel spreadsheet. No names, addresses, or extra metadata—just the numbers.

• Recognise and keep valid UK phone formats (landline and mobile).
