Develop a kickass heath informatics prototype
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
We want to hire an ML-NLP expert to develop a proof of concept prototype for a research project in the domain of health informatics.
The prototype should have 3 main components:
1. Development of a pipeline for Information extraction from a large public health database.
2. Data inspection, cleaning, and normalization.
3. Design and development of a dynamic GUI to present the mined data to end-users in the most intuitive fashion.
The right candidate needs to be able to complete this project in 200 hours within the next 6-10 weeks. The suitable candidate should have familiarity and expertise in the following areas:
1. ML-NLP (Information Extraction, Named Entity Recognition, Named Entity Linking, Relationship Extraction).
2. Health informatics (Clinical Trials, Medical Subject Headings, International Classification of Diseases, Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine – Clinical Terms).
3. Data Visualization (Abstract data visualization, Data storytelling).
