Demand Prediction & Inventory Optimization

I'm looking for a data scientist for my capstone project. The main goal is predicting the demand for a drug and optimizing the inventory levels accordingly. Advance analytics to enhance supply chain management.
Key Tasks:
- Develop a predictive model using structured data from for example JNJ datasets
- Perform data analysis to understand patterns and trends in the data
- Create data visualizations to represent the findings in a way
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with predictive modeling
- Ability to create clear and engaging data visualizations
