Data Extraction from PDF Bulletins

Hello,
I am looking for a skilled data professional to assist with the following project:
Scope of Work:
You will need to:
Access the official Central Bank of Oman monthly bulletin archive from this link:
https://cbo.gov.om/Pages/MonthlyBulletins.aspx
Download all monthly bulletins from January 2017 until the latest available report in 2025.
Each bulletin is in PDF format. Your task is to extract all English-language tables from each PDF (ignore Arabic tables or duplicated Arabic versions).
Aggregate the extracted data table by table, not file by file.
For example:
If there's a table titled “Broad Money Supply” in multiple bulletins, consolidate all its monthly values into a single, chronologically ordered table.
Do the same for every recurring table (Interest Rates, Foreign Reserves, etc.).
If a newer version of a report contains revised figures for the same month as an older bulletin, always keep the data from the latest version (overwrite older values where applicable).
Standardize all table formats – some older reports may have inconsistent column names, formatting, or layouts. You must harmonize these so the final output is consistent and clean.
What I DON’T need:
I do not want a separate table per PDF.
I do not want raw scans or unstructured data.
I do not need any Arabic content or mixed-language output.
Final Output:
Provide one Excel file (or Google Sheet) with a separate sheet for each type of table, each showing monthly data from 2017 to 2025 in a consistent, standardized format.
Each sheet must be clearly titled with the table’s name (as in the bulletin).
Ensure monthly dates are included as a column for tracking.
Skills Required:
Excellent PDF table extraction skills (OCR or programmatic)
Data cleaning and formatting expertise
Strong attention to detail in aligning mismatched tables
Fluent in English data recognition (Arabic knowledge not needed)
