Data Extraction Tool Development

Project Description (with accuracy emphasis):

I need precise data extraction from an old desktop software installed locally. The software presents structured records in a fixed-column table layout, but there is no built-in export option.

The extracted data must be 100% accurate, as it will be used for critical operations. I'm looking for a reliable developer who can build a dedicated tool or script to automate the extraction process from the displayed UI and export it into clean Excel or CSV files.

Key Requirements:

Export format: Both Excel and CSV

Accuracy is critical – no missing or mismatched records

Preferred method: OCR or UI automation (depending on feasibility)

Tool/script should support bulk extraction, not manual record-by-record

Additional Info:

Data is stored locally in a fixed folder (not a readable DB format)

Software is offline and doesn’t rely on internet access

Millions of records – data may need to be split into multiple files

Willing to securely share the installer with the selected developer

Need someone collaborative and detail-oriented
