Data Extraction & Custom Email Outreach

I have fewer than ten PDFs, online articles, and web pages that contain potential customer information I’d like to act on. Your first task is to pull out precise contact information and company details from each source and place everything into a clean, structured Excel spreadsheet. Accuracy is critical—I need names, job titles, email addresses, plus the associated organisation for every lead you find.

Once the sheet is complete, I'd like you to prepare the email to each contact in the spreadsheet using my template. I'll then send the email manually.

Deliverables:
• One Excel file with all extracted contacts and company data, clearly labelled and deduplicated. + the relevant email for me to copy and paste.
