Project Description: Data Export from Medical Records System
- I am in need of a professional who can assist me in exporting medical history data from the medical records system of our veterinary practice.
- The exported data needs to be in PDF format, and the system in use (ezyVet) calls these exports "Clinical Summaries"
- The intended use of the exported data is for legal compliance purposes. Our practice has closed, and I need to keep these PDF's on hand for 2 years even though we'll be losing access to the system in a few weeks.
- Unfortunately, there is no bulk export function. These Clinical Summaries/Medical Histories need to be exported one-by-one, and the files generated need to be renamed in a specific format.
- This task needs to be completed for all pets in our system, both alive and deceased (1447 records in total).
- Should take 30 - 60 seconds per record to export, depending on how quickly the system is responding.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with medical records systems and exporting data from them.
- Proficiency in exporting data in PDF format.
- Knowledge of legal compliance requirements in the medical field.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data export and renaming of files.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and organize exported data effectively.
Will provide the detailed workflow and log in information you need to complete this task once we have come to an agreement.
