Customer Data Excel Migration

I need every customer record currently sitting in my online database captured accurately in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. I will give you secure, read-only access to the database; from there, your job is to extract each field, verify it for consistency, and organise it in an .xlsx file that’s ready for downstream import.

Because this is pure Excel data entry, I’m counting on strong familiarity with filters, validation rules, de-duplication techniques, and quick keyboard shortcuts to keep the pace brisk without sacrificing precision. The data set is primarily contact details—names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, plus a few custom fields—so formatting must stay uniform throughout.

Deliverable
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing every customer record, fully validated, with no duplicates or empty mandatory fields.
