Convert 14 Government PDFs to Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help turning fourteen publicly available U.S.-government worksheets (PDF) into one well-organized Excel workbook. Each PDF follows the same layout, and I want every sheet copied exactly—both the narrative text and the numerical data—onto its own tab named after the original file.
Here is what the job involves:
• Download all fourteen PDFs directly from the government site I will share.
• Extract every piece of text and every number into Excel, preserving columns, rows, and any simple formatting that appears in the source.
• Create a separate tab for each file, using the file’s name as the tab title.
• Double-check that totals and subtotals match the PDFs; if a page refuses to download cleanly, type the figures in manually so the spreadsheet remains complete.
• Deliver one clean .xlsx file ready for immediate analysis.
Accuracy matters more to me than speed, but I would like the finished workbook back within a few days. Let me know if you have experience with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, Tabula, or simply meticulous manual entry—whatever will get dependable results.
