Comprehensive Company Data Extraction
Budget: $10 – $75 USD
I will send you a link to a public directory that holds 20 pages, each listing roughly 20 companies. For every entry I need every piece of information that is publicly displayed—name, full address, phone, generic and personal emails, website link, plus any other field that appears.
Once the basics are captured, please click through to each company’s site, open the legal-notice / imprint page and add the names of the managing directors to the same record.
If you can enrich the file through Apollo.io (or a comparable source) I’d like you to pull the entire employee list, together with role titles, work emails and available social-media URLs.
All results must live in a single Google Sheet, arranged so I can instantly filter by Partner Status (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze). Feel free to use separate tabs for raw directory data vs. enriched staff data if that keeps things tidy. We start with bronze and work our way up.
Deliverables – on completion I will consider the job done once:
• Every directory record appears in the sheet with all native fields populated.
• Managing directors’ names have been verified from each legal-notice page.
• Employee enrichment is complete and includes at least email + one social link when available.
• The sheet is shared with edit rights and no obvious duplicates or formatting issues remain.
