I have an Excel template ready and I need it filled with fresh contact details pulled exclusively from online company directories. The columns are already laid out, so your task is to populate each row with the correct company name, email address, and physical address, then proof everything so the file ships back error-free.
Scope of work
• Locate reliable company directories that list the businesses I’m targeting (any industry is fine as long as the data is legitimate).
• Extract email addresses and physical addresses for every record.
• Enter the data into my template, keeping the exact column order and formatting.
• Double-check spelling, punctuation, and alignment so I can drop the file straight into my workflow without further edits.
Acceptance criteria
• Every row includes a valid email and full street address.
• No duplicates; no obvious scraped noise such as “N/A” or placeholder text.
• File opens cleanly in Excel with all columns preserved and no broken formulas or merged cells.
