o Do not filter by recurrence—even tables appearing only once should be included.
2. Define Fixed Headers for Each Table Type:
o For every unique table (based on structure/title), identify the most recent format and adopt it as the master header.
o Normalize older versions to match this standard.
Example: “Amt” becomes “Amount,” inconsistent date formats become YYYY-MM.
3. Append Monthly Data:
o Under each fixed header, append all monthly data rows from every PDF.
o Do not include duplicate headers—only one per sheet.
o The result should be chronologically stacked data, one row per month per table.
4. Handle Revisions:
o If a newer PDF contains revised values for a prior month, overwrite the previous value in the master table.
5. Standardization & Formatting:
o Harmonize table names, column labels, number formatting, and date formats.
o Ensure all sheets follow a consistent design: clear table name, date column, values, and any relevant categories.
