Build Timocom Trans.eu RPA Bot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want a working RPA bot that lifts freight offers from Timocom and publishes them on Trans.eu with minimal human intervention.
Core workflow
1. Capture the offer – the bot must accept both screenshots and copied text, then run Tesseract OCR to pull out route, pick-up and delivery dates, truck type, weight, volume, notes and my preset rate.
2. Log me in to Trans.eu, wait while I complete the manual 2-factor prompt, then reopen the session.
3. Navigate to “Add Load,” populate every field with the extracted data, insert my fixed rate (e.g., 1 150 EUR) and confirm publication.
4. Record each step in an activity log and surface any errors clearly so I can retry or skip the entry.
Implementation notes
• Browser automation with Playwright is preferred, but Selenium is acceptable if it speeds development.
• Keep everything self-contained: the bot may run locally from a CLI or through a simple web panel—whichever you find faster to ship and easier for me to operate.
• No APIs are available; all interactions must faithfully simulate a real user.
• I will supply Trans.eu credentials and several Timocom screenshots for testing.
Deliverables
• Source code with concise setup instructions (Windows).
• Configuration file where I can adjust login, rate and other constants.
• Read-me outlining manual steps for 2FA and any prerequisites (e.g., Tesseract install).
• A short video or GIF demonstrating a successful end-to-end run.
If you have experience scraping dynamic sites, handling CAPTCHA-style challenges or fine-tuning OCR on transport documents, your expertise will be a strong fit. I’m ready to start as soon as you confirm the approach and timeline.
