Arabic Vocabulary PDF to Excel
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
I’m working with a multi-page PDF that lists Arabic vocabulary inside clearly defined tables. Each table row contains two pieces of information: the Arabic word itself and its corresponding meaning. I need those entries moved into a clean Excel file so I can sort, filter and search them easily later.
Here’s exactly what I’m after:
• Every word–meaning pair copied from the tables, line by line, without dropping diacritics or punctuation.
• One .xlsx sheet with two columns only—Column A: Arabic word, Column B: its meaning—in the same order they appear in the PDF.
The source is selectable text embedded in tables, not scanned images, so the job is primarily accurate extraction rather than heavy OCR work. Consistent formatting and zero typos are essential; a quick visual check against the original PDF before delivery will help ensure nothing was missed.
Once the spreadsheet mirrors the complete vocabulary list, just send the Excel file back to me.
I need quite a lot of these doing so will be ongoing work.
