Ms word Expert for doc formating

I'm looking for an expert with experience in Microsoft Word formatting and design. I need someone to help me to format a series of educational notes. Convert pdf to word remove all images, water marks etc, change orientation to portrait and suitable fond. We do not have any specific formatting style in mind and am open to suggestions. The task involves formatting more than 1000 documents. If you think you have the right skills and experience to help me with this project, please reach out and let me know. I am attaching sample file work on it and share. Once approved we can move ahed with first batch of 95 file.
