I wish to create a file from data in my Outlook contacts. I DO NOT want all contacts, just those in a category named Christmas Card Addresses. With this file i wish to use WORD to use the fie to address envelopes

I'm in need of assistance to create a file from data in my Outlook contacts. I DO NOT want all contacts, just those in a category named Christmas Card Addresses. With this file, I wish to use Word to use the file to address envelopes. I prefer an excel file as the output and I'm not sure what specific layout I need, so I'd need some advice. Furthermore, I'd like help formatting the word document for envelope addressing.
