siemens spectrum and PTG systems

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help our organization with its Siemens Spectrum and PTG Systems. The main objective of the project is to implement new functionality, and our specific requirement relates to both Spectrum Power and PTG Systems. Although I have some documentation available for reference, the freelancer hired will need to conduct their own research for additional materials and resources to complete the project.
