set up microsoft 365 E3

I'm looking for assistance in setting up Microsoft 365 E3. Specifically, I need help with the data migration process. Additionally, I need custom permissions to be configured for all user accounts. There will be a total of 1-10 user accounts that need to be set up. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in setting up Microsoft 365 E3 and can complete this project quickly.
