i need someone who has had experience with self publishers who supply text as a word doc file then they format to be camera ready for the printer.
I have written 72,000 words and want to self publish into a book but the printer wants it sent to him as a pdf ready to be printed. there are photos which also have to be added to the word document.
I would supply several word doc files and give instructions as to where they are to appear in the book also the places when the photos have to be inserted into the pdf file. The person must be proficient with Adobe Indesign program, that is what all book printers require. Preferably from Australia
