UK PR person with great Work & Education journalist contacts

I am launching a new business aimed at helping graduates secure jobs. I need an individual who is highly experienced in distributing press releases to UK publications. In particular the ideal candidate will have great contacts with UK Work & Education journalists / reporters. I will also require the chosen freelancer to send my press release to a list of UK journalists via Twitter.
