person to scan documents into computer with Scan Snap-DATA ENTRY

We need a person to come to the office and scan our documents into the computer. You will put the document into the scansnap machine, and just type the name of the document. We will pay a flat fee . You must be self employed and we will provide a written agreement. You will have the opportunity to look at the documents to be scanned in ,prior to doing the work and agree to the price. You must scan all of the documents into the system before you are paid. Due to the sensitivity of some documents you must agree to a background check before starting work. You can set your own days and hours , which must be approved by the office due to scheduling . You will have a certain amount of days to get the job done. Although you are self employed , we will need an application to be completed for the background check. We use the scansnap ix500, we are in Los Angeles county
