To overview task status and also resource allocation trhough the plan.

I am looking for someone to help me overview the task status and custom columns, and also % resource allocation by resource name by month for different portfolios that are linked to one master file in Microsoft Project Desktop. The project is currently in progress, with human resources allocated to it. I would like the timeline for the project to be more than 3 months. I want to export those data and link it to powerBI Desktop, but it would be more helpful to do it from project itself. Not to copy and paste data in excel.
