I need a web scraping specialist

I would like to web scrape 3 data points ( product name, price, condition ) from every item on one particular website, then have those 3 same data points cross matched on 2-3 other websites. Once it has completed this I would like any comparable item with a price that is less than or to a maximum of 20% more than the price from the first website entered Into an excel spreadsheet.
