I need a typist to copy relevant entries from medical records into a report. The relevant entries are related to mental health/psychological issues so some knowledge of terms and the area is preferred.
There is a specific format in which the notes are required to go into the report and I advise which pages of the medical records contain relevant entries to put onto the report
