I need someone to scrub Excel data and clean it up

I need the attached data cleaned up so we can do cold outreach to those leads and websites. A lot of the emails are in the same cell, separated by a comma. I need them separated out on the same row but in different cells. I know how to do that in Excel, but it all needs to be very clean and organized. Columns named email 1, email 2, etc

Eventually I would like to ONLY have websites on that list that pertain to:

Bitcoin mining
Bitcoin miner hosting and/or repair
Crypto miners for sale

I don't want just data centers or hosting websites on there. Eventually those will all need to be scrubbed. I've already removed most dead websites via an API.

Please provide a flat quote to clean everything up so I can submit the emails to be verified and start emailing them.
