I need to hire a data entry person

I have an Excel sheet, and I need a data entry person to fill it up. Here is how:
This Excel sheet has hundreds of rows, and each one of them has hundreds of pieces of information. I have some of these pieces of information, and am missing others
So, I need a data entry person who will browse the internet, get these missing pieces of information, and fill put them int he Excel sheet
Important: I will monitor your work VERY CLOSELY. So, if you are less than 100% honest, this job is NOT for you
I DO NOT work on hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis
