I need a google Sheets Expert

I need the sum of total Material, labor, Pre-construction, and deposits on the "Consolidated CTC" Tab. I need to make sure what is under the description column in the first 4 tabs matches the description on the Consolidated CTC Tab in order to sum up total costs under each category. Im sure there will be multiple entries for the same category so I need help with a formula that filters/matches the descriptions and adds them up to show on the consolidated CTC Tab.

This is all done in google sheets but is downloaded as an Excel File
