I need a data entry clerk for a small project

I need someone to copy and past information into a google spread sheet. The information will come from a website called the MLS. It is for real-estate agents and we will give access to our clerk for this project. It should not take more than 40 hours to complete the entire project and no special skills are required for completion. Below I gave a glimps of what the spreadsheet and website look like.
