I need a data collection expert good with US geographies and AirTable

I'm looking to gather publicly available information and put it into an AirTable in the form of "Person X" is responsible for these "US States, Counties, City, and Town". This specific project requires going to 100 websites (links already provided for you) and scraping the site (probably manually) to gather the information for ~5-20 people. Some personal judgement and familiarity with US geographies will be required to assign the right States, Counties, etc...

I have an AirTable already set up and collection instructions to send you.
