multi spectral Image tagging

for the sake of deep learning training, we need a freelancer that could use a specific homemade tagging software to tagg image pairs according to a specific class list.
we will provide the software (runing on windows 10) and the acces to the image pairs on a server. the software will allow to browse a directory containing the images and perform the tagging of bounding boxe (only bounding boxes)
we will start with a small number of image pairs (around 700), and try to find the perfect freelancer to carry on with him for other acquisition campaign
