I am looking for a virtual assistant to help sort photos
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Livingseas is a marine conservation company focused on coral reef restoration. We use reef stars which are bought online from our website or from other corporate or NGO partners.
Each month, we take 3 photos of each of the 1000 reef stars we have planted for donors. These photos need to be sorted into appropriate folders within Dropbox so that the donors can receive a monthly email update with the link to photos of their reef stars underwater.
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help manage the photo sorting in Dropbox.
Each month we will take the photos and upload them into a monitoring folder in Dropbox. The task is to go through each folder and copy the appropriate photos into the donor folders. All data is tracked using a Google Sheet as well as on our website backend system which is hosted on Kartra.
It takes a few days for all the monitoring photos to be taken, so the work is flexible and only needs to be done when there is a new monitoring folder to sort.
The assistant will need to install Dropbox and download all necessary files and folders to their computer in order to perform the task.
