I am looking for a freelancer who can help me gather email contact information for specific authorities across the globe. I am specifically interested in the following authorities: 1. Tax authority, 2. Consumer rights Agency, and 3. Data Privacy Protection Authority.

I have a list of 151 out of 195 countries now but i need help with finding the remaining at least around 30.
