inside sales agent & Database management

Hello! My name is Cameron and I am a real estate agent in OKC
I am looking to expand my business and hire a VA to be a part time (20 hours per week) inside sales agent and database manager
My CRM is Brivity
I am looking for :
speaks fluent English
has experience as an ISA & database experience
real estate experience is a plus
I specialize in alternative forms of financing, you will be making 50-100 calls per week, qualifying clients and explaining our different programs
I will be offering incentives as sales increase
I am looking to for someone who would like to grow directly alongside me, this will be a long term relationship. In the future I hope to move them to management as we hire additional staff.
