I have a query regarding Forms in Microsoft Access

Dear Sir or Madam,
Do you know if you can build a data table using Forms, i.e. Can the data entered in Forms go into a table, to save entering data by typing in the Table window under the various field headings? Otherwise, I don’t quite see the point of Forms, if it isn’t to make entering data into a table easier (not having to scroll down to the bottom, for example). I would be most grateful if you could elucidate this question of mine.
If it is possible to build a datasheet using Forms, how do I do it?
