google sheets sales status report

I have an existing google sheet ( about 100 rows, 8 columns) that I want to modify so that I could have a second sheet that allows me to sort a few categories. Example- column is status, either sold or delivered. would like to be able to list all sold or delivered units separately by year, or customer or both etc. ) in order to get updated deliveries.
