google docs for gaming

I play a game online called grand theft auto and we have a google docs spreadsheet and need to do few sums and minuses etc on there and dont know how to run rules so it always minuses from the current number I was wondering if someone can set this up for me so we can get numbers to add and always subtract without having to do in manually with a calculator it is a bit difficult to explain over this message however will be able to explain more of what I want if we you can get someone to help me.
