from a screenshot to auto populate data in the fields on a form

I want to make or do this an easier way than manually having to copy and type it in to a form. I have attached three photos. One is the website and I have marked the areas with red highlighter that I require to be populated into a form with these details.
2nd blank form it is needed to be populated into and the 3rd is showing a form that has the data entered already.
It’s so time consuming to do this 30-50 times every 2nd day.
Perhaps you may have a solution or better way than what I ask and I would like to hear it, you will be paid if this is the case to help me with what I require.
