freelancer bidder/ lead generator

Hello , We are a IT staffing firm looking for lead generation , your job is to find prospects on freelance portals and make a pitch. all warm leads , need to have excellent English skills. this is a part time position , I will pay 150$/month plus commission on projects. this might turn into a fulltime position.
