VA for Longterm position at Property Mangement company
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a property management company who oversees both long term rentals and Air BNBs. We currently have 4 VAs and are looking to add a 5th VA.
The focus of this new VA hire will be in the areas of
--Maintenance and repairs
--Virtually overseeing turnovers and make readies for rental units and new guests
--light bookkeeping/data entry (we have a CPA/Accountant already on staff).
If you have experience working with AirBNBs this is helpful but not required. The more important skill is the desire to lean about maintenance and repairs

Job duties:
- Working with repair vendors and virtually manage repairs and turnovers
You will be partnering up with one other VA for this job.
-responding to Air BNB guest questions. We can train you for this part of the job.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English. You will be texting and calling guests, tenants and maintenance contractors in English in the state of Texas.
2. Home office with computer, mobile phone, and reliable high speed internet is required.
Must have both Internet and mobile internet as back up.
IMPORTANT: All times are in US Central Standard Time (CST). Works hours are typically : work hours are 6-7 hour per day Monday to Friday. Example: 7AM to 2PM Central Time
: 5 hours of on call are required either on Saturday or Sunday (TBD) but these are very light office hour times and will be explained.
Pay
1. First 4 weeks is trial period. Pay is $3/hour.
2. After 4 weeks pay increases to new base of $4-5/hour depending on work experience
3. You get paid every two weeks in US Dollars.
