I'm in need of a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to compile a list of active commercial real estate investors, focusing solely on the United States.
Key Requirements:
- The VA needs to gather the Name and Contact details of each investor, as well as the Property Types they are invested in.
- The VA should utilize a variety of sources including Public databases, Real estate forums, and Professional networking sites. I'm open to other sources the VA may know of.
- The list should be worked on and delivered in a well-organized Google Sheets document.
