We are conducting research on eCommerce channels and eCommerce sellers around customer service, product delivery times, packaging quality, and delivered product condition.
We are looking for people with experience in online shopping who have the ability to receive delivery of items to your address in order to test and share results against the above-mentioned parameters.
This task will be broken down into the following milestones:
Milestone 1. Order Placement
Step 1 - Place an order on the eCommerce channel using the provided URL with the credit card details provided
Step 2 - Take a screenshot to show successful order confirmation and submit this to us.
Step 3 - Share the order confirmation number
Milestone 2. Physical Product
Step 1 - Confirm receipt of the order by submitting a digital image of the packaging slip/order identifier.
Step 2 - Submit an image of the external packaging, the product inside the packaging (if multipack please take pictures of ONE individual pack inside), the front, back, and both sides of the product (ensuring the capture of legible images of all Serial Numbers, Barcodes, Expiry Dates, Batch Number, the Sender Address, SKUs, etc.).
Step 3 - Hold onto the item, without using it or making any alterations to the condition it arrives in, for a period of 3 days before we confirm it can be disposed of and does not require forwarding.
Step 4 - Confirm you have safely disposed of the test product (we cannot warrant the safety of any test items purchased)
Milestone 3. Return or Forwarding
