eBay Inventory Manager & Listing Specialist -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for someone who can take day-to-day control of inventory inside my eBay store. Your main focus will be keeping my catalogue accurate and up to date—from the moment a new item is sourced until it’s sold and needs to be removed.
I’ve already built a spreadsheet system that tracks SKUs, quantities on hand, reorder points and listing URLs. You’ll be plugging directly into that workflow, so you should be completely comfortable manipulating data in Excel or Google Sheets and then reflecting every change on eBay promptly and accurately.
Here’s what I need handled:
• Adding new products: pull images, craft concise titles, write keyword-rich descriptions and publish the listings.
• Tracking inventory levels: update the shared spreadsheet daily, reconcile any discrepancies, and flag low-stock items.
• Updating product details: price adjustments, photo replacements, policy tweaks—whatever keeps each listing competitive and compliant with eBay rules.
I’ll provide initial training, brand guidelines and ongoing supplier feeds. What I expect back is a consistent, error-free listing environment, clear communication if you spot stock or policy issues, and a short weekly report summarising additions, edits and current inventory counts.
If you’ve managed eBay stock before and live inside spreadsheets, let’s talk.
