I am looking for a customer service assistant to handle various tasks for my business. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing excellent customer service and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Tasks to be handled include:
- Answering etsy messages
- Providing quotes
- Updating product listing on bigcommerce website or etsy
I am looking for someone with entry-level to intermediate experience in customer service. Experience with Etsy and Etsy messaging is a plus.
I anticipate needing the customer service assistant for less than 10 hours per week. This can be flexible based on the workload.
